Upon completing a continuing education course, you should receive from the instructor a Certificate of Attendance.  It is your responsibility, not the instructor's, to send the white copy of the Certificate of Attendance with payment of the conversion fee
to the FWWA office.

Please note:  effective August 1, 2005  (applying to the 2007 license renewal cycle and onward), only three hours of CEU credit may be obtained online.
